Are your most productive staff your best typists? In my travels I see a huge variety of keyboard abilities and it is apparent to me that the best typists are often the most productive staff.

Given that so much time at work is spent in front of a keyboard wouldn’t it make sense to measure the benefits of typing training for your business?
